The so-called political elite of our country gave up on our president without even putting up a fight as soon as the biased news media used something as trivial as the Choi Soon-sil scandal to accuse the presidential confidante of a charge as ludicrous as meddling in state affairs. As a result, the president’s approval rating fell to the five-percent level in November of last year (it remains unclear what her approval rating is at present). And using this frivolous excuse, the news media and opposition lawmakers have been demanding the resignation of the president and calling on millions of Koreans to join the candle-light protests.
 
The Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office indicted Choi based solely on news reports as soon as she arrived in Seoul from Germany and announced the results of a rushed investigation, tricking the public by accusing the president of being an accomplice rather than a victim of the scandal.
 
Based on such trickery, the National Assembly pushed ahead with its attempt to overthrow the government by impeaching the president and accusing her of the ludicrous and contradicting charges of blackmailing and receiving W70 billion to W80 billion in bribes. How can one be accused of blackmail and bribe taking at the same time? Also, what country in the world impeaches a president on charges of blackmail or bribe taking as if she was a low-ranking public servant?
 
And now, independent counsel Park Young-soo, who was appointed by the National Assembly in order to investigate the Choi Soon-sil scandal, has lost its purpose for existence after state prosecutors indicted Choi, while Park has been impeached by the National Assembly. Yet the independent counsel has dug up charges that were not even included in its original objective and indicted high-ranking government officials, including Culture Minister Cho Yoon-sun on charges of blacklisting artists who were critical of the government. Moreover, the independent counsel filed an arrest warrant against Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong, who has been identified in the impeachment bill as a victim of the corruption and influence-peddling scandal. (What country in the world seeks an arrest warrant on a victim of blackmail?)
 
The judge in charge of issuing arrest warrants is also beyond belief. Why did he take so many hours to reject an arrest warrant sought by the independent counsel against the victim of alleged blackmail by the president and Choi, which was clearly stated in the impeachment bill and indictment by state prosecutors? (The judge was either pretending to cringe in fear of the independent counsel or had ulterior motives which required so much time to prepare.)
 
The independent counsel is striking fear into the hearts of the public by behaving like a revolutionary guard. In 2017, we are witnessing a replay of China’s Cultural Revolution of the 1960s. This has been the time line of the events that have transpired in Korea from November of 2016 to January of 2017.
 
From this standpoint, the December upheaval was triggered by biased media reports about the Choi Soon-sil scandal and the aim of leftwing politicians is to drive the president out via impeachment and wrest control of government by holding early elections. And the icing on the cake is the results of the oppressive investigation spearheaded by independent counsel Park Young-soo.
 
All that remains is the Constitutional Court's ruling. However, the pseudo-democratic and human rights lawyer, Moon Jae-in, who appears to be the chief instigator of the December upheaval, is threatening to stage a revolution if the Constitutional Court rejects the impeachment bill. Will the judges be able to make a fair decision under such a threatening atmosphere? They say 70 ~ 80% of the public does not trust the court. This is a natural response.
 
Even in this situation, our mindless political leaders are not fighting to annul the impeachment bill, but are only whining about the incompetence and failure of the president and weighing their selfish gains based on the assumption that the Constitutional Court upholds the impeachment. There is no doubt that they are all going to be nabbed by prosecutors for violating of pre-election campaigning regulations or political funding laws.
 
I no longer expect anything from the so-called elite class of our country. The time has come for true patriots to take action. Let us all rise up in the spirit of independence from Japanese colonial occupation. I also intend to return to my home country to join the struggle. I am over 70 years of age now and have nothing to lose. How can I sit idly by as my country is heading to ruin?

대한민국의 국민들, 특히 지도층이라고 자처하는 이들은 언론이 하찮은 최순실 게이트를 빌미로 하여 최순실에게 국정농단이라는 法典(법전)에도 없는 죄명을 뒤집어 씌워 마치 대한민국 역사 이래 없는 어마어마한 범죄가 터진 것처럼 사실 조작을 하였을 때 그 진위도 가려보지 않고 최순실 게이트의 책임을 물어 일찌감치 朴 대통령을 포기했다. 그래서, 이미 작년 11월경엔 朴 대통령의 인기가 5%로 추락하였다(지금은 얼마인지 모른다). 이 경솔한 변덕을 근거로 하여 언론과 야당은 朴 대통령의 下野를 주장하여 延(연) 몇백만 명이라는 시위대의 촛불 시위를 불러 일으켰던 것이다.

서울 중앙지검은 아무런 증거도 없이 언론보도만 가지고 공항에서 최순실을 구속하고 번개불에 콩 볶는 졸속 수사를 하고는 수사결과 발표를 빙자하여 피의자도 아닌 朴 대통령을 최순실 게이트의 피해자가 아니라 최순실 게이트의 주범으로 바꿔쳐서 수사의견이라는 이름으로 발표하는 세계 역사에 유례가 드문 司法造作(사법조작)을 저질렀다.

이 사법조작을 근거로 하여 국회가 朴 대통령을 700억~800억 공갈, 뇌물범이라는 역시 세계 역사에 유례가 없는 허무맹랑한 범죄로 탄핵하는 政變(정변) 즉 정치 쿠테타를 일으킨 것이다. 공갈범이면 공갈범이고, 뇌물범이면 뇌물범이지 공갈, 뇌물범이라는 서로 모순되는 죄명이 세상에 어디 있으며, 대통령이라는 국가 최고 정책 결정자를 마치 무슨 하급 공무원처럼 공갈, 뇌물범으로 탄핵하는 국회가 세상에 어디 있단 말인가!

그러고도 모자라 지금 박영수 특검은, 원래 국회가 최순실의 국정농단 비리를 수사한다는 명분하에 만든 것이었으나, 이미 중앙지검이 최순실을 구속 기소하였고, 대통령은 국회가 탄핵소추하였으므로 설립목적이 없어져 당연히 해체 내지 해임되어야 함에도 불구하고, 해체나 해임되기는커녕 오히려 특검법에도 없는 블랙리스트 조사를 벌여 조윤선 장관 등 이 나라 최고위 공무원들을 마구 구속하였다. 여기서 더 나아가 박영수 특검은 국회가 엄연히 탄핵소추장에서 朴 대통령의 공갈에 수백억의 돈을 뜯긴 피해자라고 밝힌 삼성전자 회장에 대하여 공갈, 뇌물죄의 공범으로 구속영장을 청구하는 기가 막힌 횡포를 부리고 있다(공갈 피해자를 구속영장 청구하는 검찰이 세상에 어디 있단 말인가?).

영장 담당 법관도 이해가 안 가기는 마찬가지이다. 공갈 피해자라고 국회의 탄핵 소추장에 명시되어 있고, 더 나아가 최순실에 대한 서울 중앙지검 공소장에도 朴(박) 대통령과 최순실이 저지른 직권남용죄, 강요죄의 공갈 피해자라고 명시되어서 지금 憲栽(헌재)와 형사법원에서 朴 대통령과 최순실 등이 직권 남용, 강요죄 즉 공갈죄로 재판을 받고 있는 상황임을 분명히 알 터인데도 그 사건의 피해자를 영장청구하는 특검의 어이없는 영장청구를 기각하는 데 수십 시간의 고심이 왜 필요하단 말인가?(박영수 특검이 무서워 고심하는 쇼를 부렸거나 아니면 처음부터 다른 꿍꿍이가 있어 짜고 치는 고스톱을 하고 있는 것이 아닌가 의심스럽다).

그야말로 박영수 특검이 無所不爲(무소불위)의 위세를 부리며 미치 혁명검찰처럼 행세하여 온 국민을 공포의 도가니로 몰아넣고 있다. 2017년 1월 현재 민주공화국 대한민국 땅에 1960년대 중국의 文化革命(문화혁명)이 재현되고 있다. 이상이 2016. 11.부터 2017. 1. 23. 현재까지 대한민국의 12. 9. 탄핵 政變과정을 간략하게 그려본 진행과정표 즉 타임라인(Time Line)이다.

이렇게 볼 때 12. 9. 政變(정변)은 최순실의 국정농단이라는 허황된 언론의 범죄 조작이 단초(端初)이고, 朴 대통령을 탄핵으로 쫓아내서 早期(조기)선거를 시행하여 완벽한 좌파 정권을 만드는 것이 목적이고, 박영수 특검의 수사 권력 횡포가 마무리 과정이다.

이제 남은 것은 헌법재판소의 판결뿐이다. 그런데, 이번 12. 9. 政變의 총 지휘자로 보이는 문재인이라는 사이비 민주·인권 변호사는 만일 헌재가 탄핵을 기각하면 민중혁명이 날 것이라고 위협하고 있다. 이런 공포 분위기에서 과연 헌재 재판관들이 공정한 재판을 할 수 있을까? 국민의 70~80%가 불신하고 있다 한다. 누가 보아도 당연한 우려이다.

이런 상황에서도 정신 못 차린 지도층들은 탄핵기각을 위한 투쟁이나 노력은커녕 여전히 朴 대통령의 무능·실책만 타령하며, 탄핵이 곧 헌재에서 인용되는 것을 전제로 하여 黃 대행이 유리하냐, 潘 총장이 유리하냐 하며 줄서기와 편 만들기에 분주하다. 모두 사전선거 운동이나 정치자금법 위반으로 특검에 잡혀 들어갈 빌미 만드느라 여념이 없다.

이 나라 지도층에게는 더 이상 기대가 없다. 이제는 나라 사랑하는 진정한 애국자들이 모두 나와서 행동할 때이다. 모두들 독립운동하는 심정으로 궐기하자. 나이 들은 나도 조국에 돌아가 투쟁하려 한다. 칠십이 넘어 더 이상 바랄 것도, 잃을 것도, 무서울 것도 없다. 조국이 망하는데 가만히 앉아서 지켜보고만 있을 순 없지 않은가?
